Package Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
